Why a title vanishes

A title that was in your favourites last month is not there today. Almost always the explanation is administrative rather than mysterious, and the five ordinary reasons below cover most of what a player will ever see.

Direct answerA title usually leaves a lobby because a licence, a certificate or a contract is no longer in place for that market or that operator, because a rebuilt version has replaced it under a new name, or because a seasonal promotion ended. Removal is a supply-chain event; it says nothing about whether you would have won.

The five ordinary reasons

In order of how often they explain a missing title

Supply Licence or approval	The studio\u2019s or distributor\u2019s approval for that market ended or was not extended.	Nothing about the game\u2019s arithmetic; the title simply may not be offered there.
Supply Commercial agreement	The operator and the supplier stopped contracting for that catalogue, or a distributor changed.	A business decision. The title may reappear at another operator, unchanged.
Build A rebuild	A new version of the title replaced the old one, sometimes with the same name, sometimes with a suffix.	The old build is gone; the new one has its own help panel and its own numbers.
Build Certification	A build was superseded, and the superseded version can no longer be offered in that market.	A compliance event, not a judgement about the game.
Schedule A promotion ended	A seasonal, branded or temporarily promoted title came off the lobby on its stated date.	Availability was always time-limited; nothing was withdrawn from you.

What removal is not

Three explanations circulate and none of them is supported by how the chain works.

Belief

“They pulled it because it was paying out.”

A title is not removed to stop a game returning money. A game\u2019s return is a property of its build, and the operator\u2019s margin on it is a property of that arithmetic; removing a title removes the turnover as well as the margin.

Removal follows the paperwork, not the results

The events that remove a title are licences, certificates, contracts and calendars. They are visible to anyone who looks at availability across operators — the same title vanishing at many operators at once is the signature of a supply event.

If a title in your favourites list is missing, checking whether the same name is still offered somewhere you can lawfully compare will usually tell you which of the two happened: gone everywhere at once is a supply-chain event; gone from one lobby only is a commercial one.

A missing title and a pending withdrawal are unrelated

Players often notice both in the same week and connect them. They are separate systems: the lobby is a catalogue of other companies\u2019 products, and the account is the operator\u2019s own system with its own timeline. A change in the catalogue does not touch your balance, your pending bets, your withdrawal or your account history — those are recorded against your account, not against the lobby tile you clicked.

What the catalogue change does affect is your ability to check a paytable afterwards, which is the subject of the record: the build is identifiable while you are playing it, and the moment to note that identification is before the title disappears.
