Legal and risk warning
This page carries what every other page summarises: the funding relationship, the adult-only boundary, the fact that gambling is a negative-expectation activity, and where to get help if it stops being entertainment.
1. Affiliate disclosure
The partner link in the masthead and beside the copy on this site is a sponsored link to a partner operator. If a reader opens an account through it, this site may be paid, at no additional cost to the reader. The link carries rel="sponsored noopener" and opens in a new tab. No payment is contingent on the content of any page, and no page ranks, reviews or recommends an operator, a studio or a title.
2. Adults only, and territory
This site is written for adults aged 18 or over — or 21 and over where that is the local age for gambling. Nothing here states or implies that any gambling product, game, title or offer is available or lawful where the reader is. Whether you may gamble, and with whom, is decided by the law of the territory you are in and by the operator’s own licence. It is the reader’s responsibility to know the law where they are and to comply with it. This site does not offer, broker, process or facilitate any gambling transaction, and it holds no account with any operator on your behalf.
3. No advice
Nothing on this site is gambling, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation of any course of action. Where a mechanism is described, it is described in general terms so that a reader can understand how the thing works — not so that they can act on it. No studio, distributor, laboratory, regulator or operator is named. This desk explains the supply chain; it does not evaluate any party in it.
4. Risk of loss
Every game is built with a house margin. The published return of a build is a long-run figure, and the expected result of continued play is a loss, whatever the interface, the stake, the speed or the framing. No bonus offsets that; no sequence of outcomes changes the next one; and a person who plays long enough will lose the margin that the arithmetic of the product guarantees. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose, never borrow to gamble, and never chase a loss with a larger stake.
5. Where to get help
If gambling has stopped being entertainment — if you are hiding it, chasing money back, or gambling with money that was committed elsewhere — free and confidential support exists in most countries, both for players and for the people around them. National gambling-harm helplines and self-help organisations provide it by telephone, chat and in person, and they are independent of the industry. If you are looking for a way to stop rather than a way to play, that help is the relevant resource and this site is not.
6. Accuracy and change
The pages describe mechanisms that are common across regulated markets. Different markets require different things, and operators differ from one another, so a general description will not match every contract you meet. Where a claim depends on a supplier’s, a laboratory’s or an operator’s own document, that document governs. Nothing here is a statement about your account, your balance or your entitlement, and nothing here is a substitute for the terms you accepted.
